How to use:

—put the massager on targeted area and pullthe hand straps forward gently.

—press the ON/OFF button to turn on massager;it starts massagering with default intensity 0 and

 smoothing heat therapy.Press ON/OFF button again to turn off.

—press the direction button to change massager direction (forward/backword)

—press the + or - button to increase or decrease massager intensity(DI  sound for intensity I, DI DI sound for intensityII)

—The default massager time is 20 min,and it will stop automatically after 20 min

—Turn on massager again if you need work again. To avoid overheat,it's recommended not to work more than 60mins continuously;

always trun off power and wait for 5/10mins to let it cool down before going for more cycle.
